
On Saturday the 3rd of February, Peru celebrates Pisco Sour Day, so I feel it is strictly necessary to include the recipe here:
- 3 parts Peruvian pisco
- 1 1/2 parts lime juice
- 1-2 table spoons of sugar (or sugar syrup jarabe de goma)
- egg white from 1 egg
- ice
